Custom web app development for startups and B2B teams
DEDEVS is a web application development company. We build first products and MVPs, replace spreadsheet and legacy systems, and ship web portals for customers and partners, with a team you can talk to directly.

- First products & MVPs
- Internal tools & legacy modernization
- Web portals for customers & partners
- Integrations & APIs
What custom web app do you need to build?
A first product
Launch the one workflow your users will pay for, with sign-up, the core screens and an admin view.
MVP developmentAn internal tool or legacy replacement
Replace the spreadsheet and email chain your team runs on, or modernize a legacy system, with one custom internal tool that tracks every step.
Custom web appsA web portal
Give customers or partners one login to submit requests, follow orders and see status, built as a custom web portal.
Web portal developmentWhat is in the first release?
We write these four things down before quoting. They become the scope, the price and the tests.
Users and roles
Who logs in and what each person can see, create or approve.
Core workflow
The steps a request, order or record moves through, from start to done.
Integrations
The systems it must connect to at launch: payments, a CRM or an existing API.
Acceptance criteria
The agreed checks that decide when each feature is finished.

Dynamic Estimations — Construction Estimation SaaS Platform
A lead-to-estimate platform for a construction estimating firm: a WordPress intake site, a Next.js and Firebase CRM with admin and project-manager roles, live dashboards and a Python email engine.
McGrocer — AI-Powered Procurement Automation Pipeline
A procurement pipeline that ingests vendor catalogs, scores products with GPT-4 against procurement rules and assembles a cart for one-click approval, orchestrated in n8n.

Questions, Answered
We can typically start within 1–2 weeks of signing. Because DEDEVS operates as a small, focused agency, there is no queue of 20 projects ahead of yours. The first step is a scoping call — usually 60 minutes — where we map out your requirements, define deliverables, and establish a timeline. Once scope is agreed and an NDA or contract is signed, our engineers begin architecture and environment setup immediately. If your timeline is urgent, we can often begin within days depending on current capacity.
Three models: Staff Augmentation (embed our engineers into your team), Dedicated Team (a full squad — engineers, QA, DevOps — working exclusively on your product), and Fixed-Cost Projects (scoped deliverables at a fixed price). Most clients start with one and expand to another.
Yes, always. Every engineer at DEDEVS has 5+ years of production experience. We don't staff projects with juniors and we don't hand off work to cheaper resources mid-engagement. The person who scopes your project is the person building it.
When a project needs AI, we build it into the system with OpenAI, Claude, LangChain or n8n. Examples include a medical coding assistant (AbelMed) and an AI procurement pipeline (McGrocer). When a project does not need AI, we leave it out.
The proposal sets the timeline. We give dates only after the first release is written down, because time depends on the same things as cost: roles, integrations, data migration and what must be ready at launch. The work is then split into two-week sprints with a working build to review at each milestone.
Yes — our case studies cover Dynamic Estimations (construction estimation CRM), McGrocer (AI procurement pipeline), AbelMed (medical coding assistant) and GlobalPass (NFT ticketing platform). Each one covers the challenge, our solution and the tech stack.
Weekly sprint reviews, a shared project board, and direct Slack access to your engineers. No account managers between you and the people writing your code. You see progress, decisions and blockers as they happen.
Yes. Every engagement includes a stabilization period after launch. For ongoing support, we offer monthly retainer agreements covering monitoring, bug fixes, and incremental feature additions. We don't ship and disappear.
